OTR Systems LLC is a third-party recruiting company that partners with the industry’s best trucking companies. We don’t have trucks, equipment or dispatch. We have trained recruiters who present the best options you qualify for.
Will I work for OTR Systems or for the trucking company?
For the trucking company. We don’t hire drivers and we aren’t a staffing company. We help you get full-time employment with the carrier that best fits your needs, steer you away from carriers that oversell themselves, and introduce you to good ones you may never have heard of.
Why go through you instead of the company directly?
We see your offer through from start to finish. We help you complete a full DOT application that stands out, coach you to improve your chances of approval, speak to carriers on your behalf, and keep you updated in real time.
Why shouldn’t I just apply on the company’s website?
You’re welcome to apply however you like. When you let OTR Systems help, you have someone you can count on for real-time updates and fast feedback, and one relationship instead of starting over with every carrier.
Which trucking companies do you work with?
A wide range of carriers across the U.S., in dry van, reefer, flatbed and box truck. We work with company drivers, lease to purchase, owner operators and teams. The only carriers we don’t work with are the ones that don’t meet our guidelines: they must be safe, well respected and offer some of the best benefits in the industry.
What is the cents-per-mile rate?
It depends on the carrier. Some run high mileage and start drivers at around 45 cpm, others start as high as 90 cpm. Each job on our jobs page shows its pay, and your recruiter can walk you through the details.
